VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking inbound calls from customers about products and trainings.
  • Making outbound calls to interested clients that inquired about trainings.
  • Answering/forwarding emails from customers,partners, and vendors.
  • Placing customer notes in CRM.
  • Coordinating with trainer about weekend training schedules.
  • Perform market research.
  • Booking travel arrangements for conferences.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the customer service field.
  • Reliable and resourceful.
  • Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint.
  • Experience in using the CRM system is a plus.
