IT Tech Support - House of IT



  • Provides day to day support and maintenance on workstations, servers and network devices.
  • Attends to Australasia, US, Europe and local clients on IT issues such as desktop software installation and application troubleshooting.
  • Provide support on Auto Task ticketing system for resolution.
  • Creates reports and provide update on the tasks on hand in a timely manner.


  • Bachelor’s/Technical Vocation/College Degree in Information Technology/Information Communication Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Able to work independently in a team environment
  • Logical thinking and active listening skills to resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent critical thinking and English conversational skills, both verbal and written.
  • Skilled in hardware, server and network troubleshooting
  • Proficient in MS Office apps such as Word and Excel or any productivity apps
  • Knowledge in any Server or Desktop OS.
